Congratulations! You've Submitted Your Graduation Application

After you have submitted your graduation application.

You will receive periodic emails with graduation/commencement updates.

If there is a problem with your eligibility to graduate, your college dean or department chair may contact you in early March for Spring/Summer applicants or late October for Fall/Winter applicants. However, it is YOUR responsibility to monitor your degree audit for your academic progress. Your degree will not be conferred if your degree audit does not state that all requirements have been met (100% requirements and 100% credits complete) at the end of the term. Once your graduation application is processed and all of your final requirements are in-progress, your degree audit will read as 98% requirements complete.

Check the commencement website or the undergraduate catalog for information on standards & eligibility requirements for Latin Honors (summa cum laude, magna cum laude & cum laude).

The Commencement Ceremony

Additional information and details concerning the commencement ceremony will be emailed to all degree candidates after the applications for degree have all been processed in the Registrar's office (approximately 2-3 weeks following the deadlines for application posted)
