September 17, 2024 - The Long Term Agreements (LTAs) and Cooperation with UN Entities policy has been updated in paragraph 7 to incorporate the new template for solicitation of proposals through secondary bidding (mini-bid) in LTAs: Request for Secondary Bid adopting the UN HLCM template for use by UNDP and reflecting UNDP's transition to its new cloud-based management platform Quantum/UNall in January 2023. The new template is also available in French and in Spanish and is also included in Section 3. Multiple Vendor LTAs with secondary competition of the Guidance Note on LTA Policy.

September 09, 2020 - The Long Term Agreements (LTAs) and Cooperation with UN Entities policy has been updated to reflect the “Mutual Recognition" statement released by the Secretary General in 2019, as agreed by the HLCM.

August 03, 2018 - The policy change requires country offices who will utilise other COs' LTAs to ensure that the prices are competitive, value for money is demonstrated and appropriate procurement committee reviews are conducted. Direct review by ACP/RACP shall be requested, if applicable.
